Will-Call Connectivity & Setup

To set up and power Will-Call, you’ll need two things:
A standard 120-volt electrical power outlet to supply continuous power to the device via a USB-C connection.
A compatible nurse call panel with either a 1/4" jack or an 8-pin DIN connector. Will-Call plugs directly into this panel using the appropriate adapter cable.
Once connected, the device mounts to the wall near the patient’s bed using the included 3M adhesive—no tools, drilling, or professional installation required.

Will-Call currently recognizes English voice commands: “Help Me,” “Call the Nurse,” and “I Need Help.”

Will-Call Test Drive Program

The Will-Call Test Drive is a free trial program that lets patients, caregivers, and healthcare facilities experience the device firsthand before making a purchase decision.

Any individual, caregiver, or healthcare facility in the U.S. can apply for the Test Drive.

You’ll receive a fully functional Will-Call device, power adapter, adhesive mounting strips additional jumper cables (need based) and simple setup instructions.

The standard trial period is 15 days from the date of delivery. If more time is needed, just reach out—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

No. The Test Drive is completely free. There’s no payment, deposit, or obligation to buy.

We’ll contact you at the end of the trial with simple instructions. You can either return the device using the prepaid label we provide or choose to purchase it and keep it permanently.
